Saša Mujović

Mayor Mujović was born on 12 September 1978 in Kotor. He completed his primary and secondary education in Podgorica, graduating as the top student of his generation. He earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica in 2001, graduating first in his class, and was awarded the Best Student of the Generation distinction. He obtained his Master’s degree in 2004 and his PhD in 2010, both in the field of electrical power quality. Since 2002, he has been affiliated with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Montenegro, where he has held several academic leadership positions, including Vice Dean (2013–2019) and, since 2019, Dean, as well as serving as a Member of the University Senate. His research interests include power quality, power system operation and planning, and smart grids. Professor Mujović has published extensively in international and national journals, participated in numerous scientific conferences, and contributed to nine international research projects. He is married and has two children.
