Dragoslav Pavlović
Dragoslav Pavlović, born in Niš in 1979, holds a degree in power engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Niš. As a power systems engineer, he has held several leadership roles in the energy sector, including plant manager and technical director at Electric Utility Company Elektrodistribucija Niš, where he led key infrastructure projects and improved the power system’s stability.
From 2016 to 2017, as Assistant Mayor of Niš, Pavlović facilitated major investment projects in collaboration with international companies and government institutions. He later served as General Manager of Public Utility Company for Waste Collection Mediana Niš, modernizing services and managing the city’s response during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since 2021, he has overseen significant energy projects across southeastern Serbia. He has been recognized with multiple awards for his professional achievements and his dedication to community development, improving local services and supporting various humanitarian initiatives.
He is married and the father of two sons. He also speaks English.
