Korca
Korca is the only city in Albania that has not experienced urban traumas after the 1990s. The city still preserves its green gardens, characteristic private houses of Korça, as well as the boulevard and cobblestone streets. It’s a city where nothing obstructs you from seeing the sky and the stars. A city where nothing threatens your dreams. Children play there, there are still artisans producing tradition, a city that speaks of the future and is capable of promoting the virtues of the land and the beauty of the territories. Korca is surrounded by picturesque mountain villages that stand above it like crown, Voskopoja, Dardha, and Vithkuqi. Although it may seem like nothing has changed in this region, Korca is capable of constantly changing and renewing itself. It is a city where you cannot speak loudly, and its clean streets testify to civic organization. It’s a city that makes a microcosmic monument of itself with its characteristic private villas and houses with gardens, the greenery like the city’s lungs, architecture, lifestyle, music, and cuisine, which are the history of this city. Stories that are told and lived as soon as you visit it.
