Kardzhali
Kardzhali, a city in the south of Bulgaria with a population of more than 38000, has a rich history and a thriving present that shows its importance as a regional center. Kardzhali, one of the founding cities of the summit, participated in the B40 Network Meeting held in Sofia with the participation of 10 Bulgarian cities on June 28, 2022, which was also attended by Ekrem Imamoglu, the Founding President of B40.
