Tuzi is located in central Montenegro, just 10 kilometers south of the capital city, Podgorica. Situated along the main road connecting Montenegro with Albania and only a few kilometers north of Lake Skadar, Tuzi lies approximately 130 kilometers from Tirana, underscoring its cross-border significance. The town is surrounded by forests, hills, and mountain landscapes that extend toward the Malësia region and the Accursed Mountains. Its center reflects a distinctive multicultural character, symbolized by landmarks such as the Church of St. Anthony and Qazimbeg’s Mosque.
