Mayor Oltion Caci brings 15 years of invaluable expertise in the tourism sector to his role as Saranda’s Mayor. As a tourism expert and successful entrepreneur, he has significantly contributed to the municipality’s growth.
With a deep understanding of tourism trends and destination management, Mayor Caci has played a pivotal role in positioning Saranda as a sought-after tourist destination. Hisentrepreneurial ventures, including hotels, restaurants, and real estate investments, have not only created jobs but alsa attracted investments, fostering economic growth.
Mayor Caci’s community-focused approach underscores his commitment to the well-being of saranda’s residents and the sustainable development of the region. His leadership continues to drive the municipality’s prosperity, making Saranda a thriving tourism hub.
Mayor Oltion Caci holds a Bachelor’s Degree (2002–2006) and a Master’s Degree in International Public Law (2006–2008) from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. He currently serves as the Mayor of Saranda Municipality (2023–Present), focusing on infrastructure development, tourism promotion, and economic growth through sustainable urban planning and improved public services. He has fostered collaborations with local and international organizations to attract investments and boost tourism. Previously, he served as President & CEO of Flower Hotels & Resorts, where he directed strategic planning, managed over 150 employees, achieved awards such as the Traveller’s Choice Award and Best Luxury Artistic Hotel in Albania, and spearheaded investments like Flower Garden Hotels. Since 2017, he has been the Chairman of the Hospitality Sector in the Albanian Tourism Union. He is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, Italian, and English.
